Our Projects

KHWT has made rapid progress in the last few years with all the help from our donors. We not only established the hospital project but have laid the foundations for other related projects that are to be delivered under the umbrella trust. This includes regular medical camps that have given hope to the poor and needy after benefitting from free treatment and simple operations that have made a massive improvement in their day to day lives.

THERE ARE CURRENTLY 129 REGISTERED POOR PATIENTS THAT ARE RECEIVING FREE TREATMENT THROUGH YOUR HELP

What are we working on?

In Future we aspire to establish a fully functioning maternity department, Diabetes Ward with specialist clinicians, kidney dialysis service, Heart and Stroke unit at the hospital site. We aim to specialise in all medical services and become a flagship establishment within Azad Kashmir. With our aims and efforts we also hope to set up remote satellite units in remote areas to provide help for those that are difficult to reach and run camps as part of the Trust.

There are also aspirations to enhance local education on health and wellbeing practices and disease control. We are actively working hard to further develop local infrastructure through the Trust, providing assistance and improvements to local schooling, water and sanitation, emergency/disaster relief and enhancements in power and technology.

It it is with great sadness we have heard about the tragic news of the passing of Luqman Mehboob, Oldham.
Our chairman Mohammed Mustafa remembers his kindness and generosity in supporting the projects of KHWT.
The trust board offers their condolences to the family.
May Allah grant this young man Jannah al Firdous and give strength to his family to bear their loss. Ameen.
